Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 2-4 years of experience in business development or sales, ideally with exposure to mortgage markets or similar fields in Australia.
     

Skills and Competencies

  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the Australian mortgage market, and familiarity with services such as Para Broker and Mortgage Broker Assistance.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to clearly articulate the value of specific services to Australian clients.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven ability to drive sales and manage a pipeline of potential clients.
  • Market Insight: Capability to conduct targeted market research and analyze data to identify opportunities.
  • Client-Centric Approach: Skilled in relationship building, especially within high-stakes, service-oriented markets.

6:00 am to 2:00 pm including a 1-hour lunch break.
