Customer Support Representative

We’re hiring a Customer Support Representative to assist clients by resolving inquiries, providing timely updates, and ensuring a positive customer experience. In this role, you’ll work closely with our team to handle support tickets, maintain service quality, and build strong client relationships through clear and helpful communication.

Summary

Elite Business Staffing is seeking a Customer Support Representative to assist us in communication with Australian clients in the mortgage broking and real estate sectors. This role is ideal for individuals with strong English communication skills who are eager to work in a client-focused environment. Freshers are welcome to apply, as we provide training and support.

Tasks & Duties

Client Support & Communication 

  • Provide exceptional customer service via communication channels. 
  • Assist clients with inquiries related to mortgage broking, loan processing, and real estate transactions. 
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and escalate issues when needed. 

Lead Generation and Management 

  • Generate quality leads through digital channels and property listings. 
  • Respond to client inquiries regarding property listings, appointments, and general information. 
  • Qualify leads based on interest and needs, and communicate details to representatives in Australia for further action. 
  • Provide consistent follow-ups regarding leads, updates, and client expectations.
     

Property Posting and Marketplace Coordination  

  • Post properties on multiple Australian marketplaces, ensuring accurate and appealing presentations. 
  • Coordinate with real estate partners to keep property availability and status up-to-date. 
  • Promote listings on various social media platforms to expand property reach and attract potential buyers.

     

Administrative & CRM Management 

  • Manage client data and documentation in CRM systems. 
  • Maintain and refresh brochures, presentations, and client resources. 
  • Follow compliance standards related to the Australian mortgage and real estate markets.

     

Reception Duties  

  • Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and team members, ensuring a positive and professional first impression. 
  • Answer calls, address queries, and direct inquiries to appropriate team members. 

Qualifications & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred) 
  • Experience in customer service, virtual assistance, or real estate/mortgage support is a plus.

Working hours

6:00 am to 2:00 pm including a 1-hour lunch break.
