This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.

1. General Refund Process

1.1 Service Cancellation

Services must be cancelled before a refund can be issued. To request a refund, please submit a service cancellation request by emailing us at [email protected].

1.2 No Refunds for Suspended or Terminated Services

Refunds are not available if your service is suspended or terminated due to a breach of our Terms of Service.

1.3 Downgraded Services

Refunds are not available for downgraded services.

1.4 Credit Balance

Eligible refunds will be credited to your client account unless you specifically request a monetary refund. Credits can be used for future services.

1.5 Monetary Refunds

Monetary refunds will only be issued to the original payment method. In case of discrepancies, refunds will be credited to your client account.

1.6 Processing Time

Refund requests will be processed within 5 to 15 business days. Administrative fees may be deducted from the refunded amount.

1.7 Online Payment Gateways

Purchases made via online payment gateways may be refunded through the source of payment, subject to additional charges by the payment processing company.

1.8 Single Refund Policy

Each product or service is eligible for only one refund.

1.9 Overpayments

Overpayments will be credited to your client account. For bank refunds, please contact us with the necessary details.

2. Service-Specific Refund Policies

2.1 Mortgage Broker Assistant, Para Broker, and Loan Processor Services

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of service initiation if the service does not meet agreed-upon standards.
  • Partial refunds may be issued based on work completed.

2.2 Web Development Services

  • Refunds are not available once the project has commenced. Significant delays or issues may warrant partial refunds.

2.3 Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Paid Marketing Services

  • Refunds are not available due to the nature of these services. Performance reports and adjustments will be provided.

2.4 HR Consulting Services

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of service delivery for failure to deliver agreed-upon services.

2.5 Monthly Subscriptions

No refunds for monthly subscriptions. For quarterly, half-yearly, and annual subscriptions, refunds are available if cancelled within 30 days.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable once purchased:

  • Domain registrations, transfers, and renewals
  • Cloud hosting
  • SiteLock
  • CodeGuard
  • SiteBuilder
  • G-Suite
  • Email Hosting
  • Custom service purchases

4. Payments Issues

If you mistakenly made a payment in error, it will be credited to your client account. For refunds, please contact us with payment details.
